Mimi's 30 year career in managing people and projects for maximum outcomes and efficiency and her passion for creating a more simplified lifestyle allows her to make a real impact in clients lives.

After retiring from the field of education, Mimi saw a need to provide planning for individuals and assisting them in life moves. Since this leverages her skill set, PALM LLC was created. Whether downsizing or decluttering before a move or assisting you in planning for a life move, Mimi's goal is to make this process less stressful and easier for her clients. Mimi Frederiksen lives with her husband in Aiken, South Carolina.

I have a passion and skill for bringing order into people's lives and providing creative solutions. As my mother always said, everything in the home has a purpose and a place. Growing up in a household with seven siblings, I have realized that her words were never more important than when dealing with different transitions. When I work with clients in downsizing, decluttering, and planning for their present home or a future move, I use my skills of observation to assist individuals in creating an environment for them that is predictable, inviting, and orderly. Easing the anxiety of a life move through proper planning promotes predictability and eases anxiety for every individual.
